GENIO is an electromechanical gear operator for sliding gates which support up to 600kg gate weight
- Brushless DC motor with grease soak gear drive
- Motor rotation speed 2400rpm , Gate opening speed : 22 meters / minute or 3.6m / 10secs
- A 24V 125W BLDC sliding gate operator can be supplied by dual 12V DC battery connected in series (It also can operate with the absent of the main power supply)
- Built-in thermal protection to prevent motor overheated
- Electro-magnetic limit switch system with adjustable plates
- Emergency release key in case of power failure
- Motor running at dual speeds, with the courtesy of inching soft-start and soft-stop control
- Auto-reverse 35cm on closing if it hits an obstacle(Crashing force is adjustable)

- Safety Photo beam function – Infrared terminal (NC). The gate will stop and fully reverse if it was obstructed on closing and stop when it was obstructed on opening
- Auto-reverse/stop function (double safety): The gate will reverse 35cm and stop if it was obstructed on closing. This will prevent hurting any human and reduce the property damage to the minimum when crashed incident happens
- Manual key release design for emergency purposes
- Prevent motor overheating – Motor operation is ceased automatically if it is too hot
- DC operation with backup battery – motor is still operated even with the absent of mains power supply
- The motor can support up to 600kg gate
- Electro-locking system to prevent anyone to trigger the gate opening/closing
